How do I log in?

Simply enter your email address and password in the My Account section in the customer care page and click on Sign-In.

What if I forget my password?

If you don’t remember your password, just click the Forgot Your Password link in the log in page, and a new password will be emailed to the email address in your account. You can also call our customer service at 800.323.5478 should you need further assistance.

Where is my order?

To check the status of your order, enter the order number and zip code in the Order Tracking section in the customer care page and then click Check Order Status. If your order has shipped you will be able to track it by simply clicking on the tracking number provided.

Can I place my order over the phone?

While it is much easier and faster for you to order online, you can always place an order over the phone by calling one of our friendly customer service professionals at 800.323.5478. Please note that we can only accept credit cards over the phone, and you should have your order ready, complete with item numbers, colors, and sizes.

Do I have to pay for Sales Tax?

Sales Tax is applied to customers located in the state of Florida and Texas. An additional charge of 6% Sales Tax for Florida and 6.25% for Texas will be automatically applied to your order.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.

What if I don’t have a Credit Card?

When will you charge my Credit Card?

Though we request an authorization for the whole amount of the purchase once the order has been submitted, we only charge your card when the items actually ship out. The initial authorization is a pending transaction that falls off automatically between 2-7 days depending on your bank.

When will I be charged for the backordered items?

We only charge your Credit Card when the items actually ship. If your order ships in multiple shipments because of back ordered items, we will charge your Credit Card only when the back ordered items ship.

When will I receive my backordered items?

We receive shipments from our manufacturers on a daily basis. However, backordered items could take up to three weeks to ship out. We will ship the items out to you as soon as they arrive. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once the order goes out.

How long does it take for my refund to appear on my credit card statement?

Please allow 7-10 business days processing time. Please note that some credit card companies may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Can I change an order after it has been submitted?

Yes. You can call us or email us and make changes to your order as long as the order has not yet been packed for shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We try very hard to make sure that items are in stock at all times. However, due to the extremely popular demand of certain styles, some items may not be readily available and they will be placed on backorder. The packing slip you receive with your order will have a summary of the items still on backorder. Typically, we expect to receive these items within 1 to 2 weeks.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service at 800.323.5478. An order cannot be canceled if it has already been packed for shipping.

When will I receive my order?

All in stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Due to the extremely popular demand of certain styles, sizes and color, some items may not be readily available and will be placed on backorder. These items will ship immediately as they become available at no extra charge. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email including a tracking number. You can also check if your order has shipped by using our Order Status Lookup.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via FedEx or the United States Postal Service. Orders being shipped to a PO Box or to an APO/FPO will automatically ship Priority Mail. Standard delivery time is 3-5 businesses days. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Please visit our Shipping Rates & Delivery Times page for a complete list of our delivery options.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO?

We sure do! Orders going to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO are shipped using the US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes we do. All our merchandise is shipped in plain bags or boxes with no promotional stickers or slogans. We must, however, include our company name and address for shipping purposes.

Do you ship internationally?

We welcome International Orders! All International Orders ship via FedEx International Economy and it could take 3-10 business days for delivery, depending on the country of destination. FedEx does not deliver to PO, APO/FPO boxes. All International Orders will be held for complete shipment and are subject to verification. Do I have to pay customs fee for an International delivery?

Depending on the country of destination, you order may be subject to customs import fees. Please be informed that any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we are unable to assess customs charges as they are different for each country.

Will I be charged twice for shipping if my order ships in multiple shipments?

No. You are only charged for shipping once.

Does free shipping apply to International Shoppers?

Unfortunately, orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for Free Shipping.

I received some of my items but where are my Shoes, Boots or Handbags?

Shoes & Bags are sent separately via UPS Ground from a warehouse that is in a different location than Flirt's main warehouse. Due to the location of this warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of Shoes, Boots & Bags.
