When will my order ship?

We ask that you allow, on average, 1 – 3 weeks for your order to ship. We use this time to customize our styles and ensure the highest quality possible. If you need an item right away, please visit our On Sale Section to view the merchandise we currently have in stock. Once you find the item you need, please place your order over the phone by calling our customer service department at 1-800-323-5478 to ensure immediate shipping.

When will my order arrive?

Order times vary depending on the style ordered, the production line, and the complexity of the item. Please allow 1 – 3 weeks for your order to ship and 2 – 4 weeks for your order to be delivered.

When will I get my Sexy Adult Halloween Costume?

You should expect to receive your costume within a week to 10 days of your order. The closer we get to Halloween, to larger our in stock inventory, and the sooner you get your costume. But, the closer we get to Halloween, the smaller our selection. We suggest you order early in the season to ensure you can choose from the best selection, and still have to time to exchange for size if you need to.

Can I place my order by phone?

While it is much easier and faster for you to order online, you can always place an order over the phone by calling our customer service department at 1-800-323-5478. Please note that you can only pay by credit card and you should have your order ready to go complete with style numbers, colors and sizes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Orders placed online or over the phone can only be paid for using a credit card or through PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What if I don’t have a credit card?

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes we do, but only for orders placed over the phone. Our PayPal ID is ebay@flirtcatalog.com. Please contact us with your PayPal transaction identification number as soon as your payment is processed.

Do you sell my personal information to third parties?

Of course not! We make our money selling clothes, not selling names. Please rest assured we will not give your information to anyone.

When will you charge my credit card?

We will charge your credit card the same day we ship your merchandise.

After I have submitted my order, can I make changes or cancel?

Of course you can, but we have a question for you. Did you place your order online? If so, you must wait 24 hours for the system to import your information to our customer service center. Once that time is up, you may contact our customer service department by calling 1-800-323-5478 and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express Shipping can be added to any order. However, if the item is not in stock, the expedited shipping will only cut down your shipping time, not your manufacturing time. The turnaround time for made to order items is 1 – 3 weeks. Once the item has been received by our warehouse and your order processed, we can ship the item express. Please contact our customer service department by calling 1-800-323-5478 to add express to your order.

Where is my order shipping from?

All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse located in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes we do. All of our merchandise is shipped in plain bags or boxes, with no labels or logos. We must, however, include our company name and address for security purposes.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We sure do.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do. International shipping charges are standard shipping and handling plus $26.00. We ship USPS Global Express. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery of International packages. Also, please keep in mind that while we strive to make sure your package is delivered to your country as quickly as possible, Customs Agents in your country may hold the parcel for as long as they wish.

Can I select a different shipping address for an International delivery?

Unfortunately, no. All orders shipped overseas must be directed to the billing address listed for the credit card provided. There are no exceptions.

Can I select a different International shipping method?

Unfortunately, we only use USPS Global Express. This method is safer and more reliable than any other. It also offers tracking and insurance.

Do I have to pay duty fees for International packages?

Yes you do. Flirt Catalog is not responsible for charges and fees imposed on you by your country.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales Tax is applied only to Florida orders. If your order is purchased in Florida or sent to Florida, an additional charge of 6% Sales Tax will be applied to your order.

Are these items in stock?

Due to our vast selection of the hottest styles anywhere, and our commitment to continuously updating our selections, our inventory is generally on a made to order basis. However; popular styles and Sexy Adult Halloween Costumes are pre-ordered for production in advance, and usually ship much quicker than 3 weeks. If you have questions about the availability of an item, please do not hesitate to ask.    

How can I see what’s in stock?

You can view all of our in stock items by visiting the On Sale section of our website. If you have your heart set on something that is not featured in this section, please call our customer service department at 1-800-323-5478 to check the availability of an item.

Why are only certain sizes and colors on sale?

We use our On Sale section to advertise merchandise that we have in stock. This inventory is due to declined credit cards, canceled orders, and overstock of closeouts. While we can order any size and color variation that we offer on the site, only specific sizes and colors are actually here to be listed as On Sale.

Why isn’t the sale price applying to my order?

Only specific items and colors are listed as being on sale. Please ensure you have selected the size and color that is listed in the pink box above the size and color pull down menus on the product page. If you are still having a problem, please contact our customer service department by calling 1-800-323-5478.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can contact our customer service department by calling 1-800-323-5478 to check your order status. Please keep in mind that made to order items take 1 – 3 weeks to ship out, and our customer service department will not have any information regarding the status of production. We can only tell you if the item has arrived or shipped. Please have your order number ready when you call.

Why has my credit card declined?

Unfortunately, your card issuing bank does not provide us with the details of a declined transaction. We only get a notice that the charge was declined. Some common reasons for declined charges are insufficient funds available, incorrect credit card number or expiration date, invalid CCID code, and increased security settings on your account. You must contact your card issuing bank to determine the reason for your decline.

What is a CCID Code?

This is a security measure implemented by your credit card company to prevent fraudulent activity. The code can be found on Visa, MasterCard and Discover by looking at the back of the card on the signature line. There you will see a 7 digit number. Your CCID (Credit Card Identification) Code will be the last 3 digits. On American Express cards, this code is the 4 digits located at the lower right hand corner of the front of the card.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by calling 1-800-323-5478 or by emailing us at flirt@flirtcatalog.com. There is no charge to cancel, and you will not incur any fees.

How long does it take for my refund to appear on my credit card statement?

We process refunds as soon as we receive your return. However, your credit card company may take up to 30 days to process your charge credit.

I’m looking for a certain item, how do I find it?

Our New & Improved search field is located on our homepage. You can enter any information you have about the item into this field, and every match for what you entered will result. If it is a red dress, type red dress into the field etc. Items can also be searched by sizes available, colors available, fabric and name. You can also enter the catalog number into this field to find specific products.

How do I select the size I want?

From the product page, you will see a size and color pull down menu. Select the color of the item and make sure the color field is filled in. Once that field has a color, you can use the size pull down menu to select the size you wish to order.

How do I know what size to order?

From the product page, you will be able to determine if the size is offered in misses, juniors or plus sizes. Please see our Size Chart to determine your size.

Flirt has a retail boutique located in Cocoa Beach, FL.

Do you accept returns of online purchases at your Cocoa Beach store?

Unfortunately, we do not. The Cocoa Beach store’s computers are not linked to the systems at our main Cape Canaveral office, and none of your personal order information is stored there, so there is no way to process your refund at the store. Only items purchased at the Cocoa Beach boutique can be returned there.
