Easy Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in providing you with fun and flirty fashion at an affordable price! If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging within 30 days, and we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the price of the merchandise.
We like to keep everything tidy and sanitary around here, so please note that all items are subject to a thorough inspection by our Returns Department. Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags to be considered for a refund. Opened hosiery, body-stockings, teddies, panties, wigs, underwear, and most swimwear are final sale -- neither exchanges nor returns will be accepted on the above listed items. Also, any items that are soiled, smell of perfume or smoke, or have been exposed to pet hair will not be accepted for return.
For your safety and the safety of others, FlirtCatalog.com strictly complies with all the above Health Code regulations. All returns that do not meet our standards will be subject to a 40% processing fee and refunded with store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will gladly either exchange it or issue a refund depending on what you have selected on your return form. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time. Keep in mind that some credit card companies may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account, and also that shipping and handling are non refundable.
Items that are not returned within 30 days, or that are not in their original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Halloween Return & Exchange Policy
- Halloween costumes purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale only, and returns will not be accepted in this case. During the Halloween season, please contact us as soon as possible if you need a costume exchange.
- Halloween costumes ordered before October 15 must be returned within 15 calendar days of invoice date for a
full refund or exchange. Because of the enormously busy Halloween season, we cannot make exceptions to this
policy. For exchanges, the earlier you contact Customer Care, the sooner we can try to get the right exchange.
- Halloween costumes ordered after October 14 and before October 22 are only eligible for exchanges. In the
event the exchange is not available, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the item.
- Halloween costumes ordered after October 21 are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Halloween
costumes returned to FlirtCatalog.com for orders placed after October 21 will be refused and returned to sender.
Clearance
All Clearance items are final and are not refundable.
Applicable Fees for Return and Exchanges
Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for
shipping fees on returns. Should you choose to exchange an item, Flirt
will ship the new item with free shipping – US orders only.
Return/Exchange Instructions

- Fill out the back of the packing slip that you received with your shipment and complete the appropriate box depending on whether you
want to return or exchange your item. Download a blank Packing Slip.
- Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
- If
the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box.
If you do not have the original box, use a sturdy box to prevent damage
while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to product in
transit back to us.
- To ensure the package arrives back to us
safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and
trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or Certified mail where you
receive a shipping slip that can be used to track the delivery.
Overnight shipping is not necessary.
