Our representatives will gladly answer any questions or help solve any problems.
You can also mail in your order and pay by personal check or money order, please allow 3-5 days for processing. All checks will be held for 21 days. Returned checks are subject to a service fee of $25. Please do not send cash. Orders with insufficient funds will be cancelled immediately.
Florida residents add 6%.
Texas residents add 6.25%.
We try very hard to make sure that items are in stock at all times. However, due to extremely popular demand of certain styles, some items may not be readily available and they will be placed on backorder. We receive shipments from our manufacturers on a daily basis. The back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. Your account will be charged for the items as they are shipped, and you will only be charged one time for shipping.
Due to fabric availability we must occasionally discontinue an item. In the event an item is discontinued, it will be automatically canceled from your order, and we will send you an email informing you of the cancellation.
Shoes are sent separately via UPS Ground Only and they ship directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipping on shoes at this time. Be sure to provide a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please allow 7-10 business days for your shoes to arrive.
Currently, shoes are not available on international orders, or on orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Military addresses.

You can mail in an order by printing out our mail order form, filling it out and sending it in. The form is available in both Word and PDF formats.
In the event an item has been damaged, please keep the item in its original packaging and contact the delivering carrier ( FedEx or Post Office) to arrange for inspection.
