If you have a question about credit card charges relating to your order such as: refunds, double charges, etc., you can contact our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-800-323-5478 between, 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday thru Friday. Our representatives will gladly answer any questions or help solve any problems.

You can also mail in your order and pay by personal check or money order, please allow 3-5 days for processing. All checks will be held for 21 days. Returned checks are subject to a service fee of $25. Please do not send cash. Orders with insufficient funds will be cancelled immediately.
Taxes:
Florida residents add 6%.
Backorders:
All IN-STOCK merchandise is shipped immediately. Back-ordered items will be shipped, as they become available. Your account will be charged for the items as they are shipped and you will only be charged one time for shipping.
Discontinued Items:
Due to fabric availability we must occasionally discontinue an item.

International Orders:

We welcome international orders, which are shipped via Express Mail. Any customs transactions are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders are subject to verification. All international orders will be held for complete shipment. Please see shipping chart for further details on shipping charges to International locations.
Shipping & Handling:
All orders are processed immediately and shipped in discreet packaging according to availability. Due to extremely popular demand, certain items may not be readily available. These items will be shipped immediately upon reception in our warehouse. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

The shipping and handling charges will be applied to the first shipment ONLY, all back-ordered items will be sent at no additional charge, when they become available.

You can mail in an order by printing out our mail order form, filling it out and sending it in. The form is available in both Word and PDF formats.

If you find that you need to return or exchange an item, please enclose a copy of your sales receipt along with a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
All returns must be made within 30 days of sales invoice date.
No item that is damaged, soiled, altered or worn can be accepted for refund or exchange.
Please allow 30 days for processing of refund or charge credit.
Shipping/Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
