All orders received by 12:00 pm EST are usually processed & shipped the same day excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 12:00 pm EST are shipped on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email including a tracking number. You can also check if your order has shipped by using our Order Status Lookup.

• Economy Shipping is available throughout the U.S.
• Estimated 7-14 Business days via FedEx SmartPost. Economy Shipping with SmartPost will receive FedEx package tracking but will be delivered at the final destination by the U.S. Postal Service Monday through Saturday.
• Taxes & Shipping do not qualify towards minimum purchase requirement for Free Shipping.
• All orders received by 12:00 pm EST are usually processed & shipped same day excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 12:00 pm EST are shipped on the next business day.
• Some shoes and boots (shown as "Special Order Shoes") are sent separately via UPS Ground and are not available for Express Shipping, International orders, or on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Military Addresses. While the rest of your order will be delivered within 7-14 business days, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of Special Order Shoes. Also be sure to give a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
• Additional Shipping Limitation: Any Refusals of a package shipped via this shipping method may result in a 15 to 90 business day return transit time with the carrier and we will be unable to refund the account until the package is successfully returned to us. We are also not responsible if there is a delay with UPS, FedEx or USPS due to weather conditions or natural disasters. If you would like guarantee your package to arrive on time, please expedite your order with FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Overnight. Also, please be aware that if you order exceeds the amount cleared for this shipping method, the order will be changed to FedEx Ground with an adult signature confirmation and adult will need to be there to sign for it or you will need to pick it up at the requested FedEx location.
